Just Jot It January 15th – Leadership   Jot -Leadership What is leadership & what makes a leader?  To help answer that question,  I found a wonderful site on the Concepts of Leadership, at Big Dog & Little Dog’s Performance Juxtaposition.  Here is the URL: I am not a leader -by any stretch of the imagination.  Nor, am I a follower.  My husband is a great leader, as he is motivated to go the extra mile in everything he does. I’m an idea person.  Give me a project -and I will swarm you with ideas -which a leader can see through.  I think this makes us a pert-near-perfect couple. John Quincy Adams said: If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader. I suppose this is something all writers hope to accomplish. To move the mind, persuading it toward the creative pieces of your own imagination.
